The kids both had a great Halloween. We started the day hanging around the house with Brianna, who had spent the night and was going to make the family trick-or-treating rounds with me while Adam was working. After lunch, we got the kids into their costumes and headed to Windham, where we stopped to see Grammy and then to see Nana and Grandpa, then on to Westbrook to see Great Grammy and Cathy.
After we dropped Brianna back at her apartment, we headed home. Adam was already out of work, so we made a quick dinner and when it started getting dark we headed out for a little trick-or-treating. We don't usually go too far, because the kids like to be home to pass out candy as well. We did five or six houses on one side of us, then two on the other. By that point, the kids were chilly and ready to go settle in with some hot chocolate at home. They changed into pjs, helped hand out some candy, then went up to bed with a movie in our room. It was a fun day!
