Yesterday Sophie and I went to a dance for all of the girls at her school. Each girl brought a member of their family as their date. Sophie asked me to go with her. I was really happy to go. She was so beautiful. We both dressed up fancy for the night. We even matched as Sophie and Mama picked out a tie for me that matched her shoes. The dance was mostly the girls all running around and playing, but I did get a chance to dance with Sophie a couple of times. It was a good night. I'm so glad that we are able to do these things together. It won't be too long before she will be embarrassed to have her Daddy at a dance with her. Until then, I'll enjoy being her date.
