Soccer update

Sophie is really shining on the soccer field. She loves it, and she's doing really well. She's one of two or three kids who are always up with the ball, and she's scored quite a few goals. It's so great seeing her having so much fun and trying so hard. 

Ben, on the other hand, hasn't participated at all since the first day. He's going through a shy phase right now, which I'll write more about later, and he doesn't like the idea of anybody watching him. He has sat and watched his teammates play and he loves to play with us at home, but he just doesn't want to be involved in the big group right now. Oh well, we gave it a shot. We'll try a few more times to see if he'll change his mind, but it seems like soccer probably isn't going to work out for Ben this season.
