Summer Dance

I registered both of the kids for summer dance classes yesterday. Ben has been looking forward to taking his first real class for some time. We did the Mommy & Me class together over the winter, but this will be a regular preschool dance class like Sophie has been taking for the past couple of years. This will be his first instructional experience where he's on his own - it should be a good little preview for him of what preschool will be like in the fall. 

Sophie will be taking her first real ballet class, with 5 1/2 to 7 year olds. She's excited to be with some older girls. At first she had said she didn't want to dance over the summer, but when I asked one last time yesterday she changed her mind. She's pretty excited about it. The classes start June 23rd, so we'll have a break for a couple of weeks after the recital before jumping back into it.
