Sophie has had friends come spend the night a couple of times now, and Ben has been anxious to have his own friend over. After seeing Ben and his cousin Rigel play together at Grandpa Ben's a few weeks ago, I thought it might be fun to get them together for an overnight. We made the plans, and Rigel came to spend the night with us on Saturday.
Ben was very excited for his own big boy sleepover. He helped me clean his room and make space for them to sleep on his floor. We even moved a tv into his room so they could watch a movie in there before they went to sleep. The boys (and Sophie, too) played so well together the entire time. It was surprisingly easy, actually. I'm sure we'll do it again!
